Seeking Clarity is Everyone's Job 

As we move into the last ten weeks of our 2021 school year we must all continue to seek and create clarity for our teams. Regardless of your role, 4P clarity (Purpose, Priorities, Process, & Performance) impacts the depth and impact of your work. Take a look at the image below for our ongoing conversation. 

Loonshot = An NPossible Priority Setting Process

Over the past 10 weeks we have continued to learn about the complexity of priority setting and aligning actionable processes within ongoing Backpack Planning collabs. Importantly, we have learned about the need to simplify the relationship between the Ecosystem experiences we want to create and the annual and quarterly priorities that bring them to life. From this discussion the idea of a priority "loonshot" emerged. 

The Loonshot process aligns long-term ecosystem goals with annual and quarterly outcomes. 

*The term Loonshot not only provides identity to the process but also provides an important story to tell about the nature of our goals! :)
