Chaos, Order, & Deep Work Time

While the last 9 months created unique inconsistency it also provided space for deep work time. Were you able to capitalize on that space and do deep work? With this question in mind, the NPossible Team Lead message will focus on the use of time and "Deep Work" over the next 8 weeks. Thus, once a week, on Thursdays, we will share questions, resources, & readings about the impact of time on our work.

Calendar Mapping is a Team Effort

While our updated 2021 Quarterly and Annual Backpack Planning will force us to spend a more time exploring "the right things" together as teams, managing calendars is a focused study and must be taken seriously. If the leader doesn't calendar map and think strategically about the implications on your entire team, the team will not be able to calendar map. This is the time to go back to the mapping process if you moved away from it.
